Great news! Our yoga class for mothers who have lost a child will be beginning in Jan. of 2012. See flyer we have posted, if you have any questions feel free to email us: twotinyhands@gmail.com

The Yoga class is FREE on a monthly basis to help continue to help mothers learn to cope with their grief.

GREAT NEWS!

We are now partnering with SIDS Mid-Atlantic! We will continue to provide support to families locally in the VA and MD areas, as well as families nationwide with our continued support with national support groups and families that reach out for help.

TTH along with SIDS Mid-Atlantic are proud to announce our sponsoring of a bereavement yoga class at The Yoga Connection in downtown Manassas for mothers who have lost a child. What a great way to help moms heal, restore, and find balance. This will be a monthly class FREE to moms! Thank you to everyone who have supported our foundation to make this possible!
